Please make sure your address is fully entered correctly.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.  If there are any issues with verifying your address, we will contact you to try and resolve them immediately . If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to fulfill your request . If we are unable to correct your mistake, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. Unfortunately, Fees will be applied if your package has to be redelivered .

 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered. Dream Couture is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost.
