EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

There are NO REFUNDS.  however, we will allow Returns for an exchange or store credit within a 10 day period (starting from OUR ship out day), Before the item is sent back, we must approve the return Through the Phone or Email during our Business Hours for confirmation purposes. PLEASE DO NOT JUST SEND THE ITEM BACK WITHOUT CONSENT.

OUR POLICY & REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPPING MERCHANDISE BACK TO OUR LOCATION :

WE WILL PROVIDE THE ADDRESS FOR YOUR RETURN AFTER ITS APPROVED.

  • Must get an approval before shipping back.

  • Customer is Responsible for ALL shipping fees.

  • Tags Must be attached and item must be In the same condition as purchased.

  • Sale Items, Accessories, Novelty Items, and Swimwear are FINAL SALE, No EXCEPTIONS.

We are NOT responsible for Lost or stolen packages..

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ONLY within 7 Days.

After 7 Days this exception is no longer available.

Items desired to be exchanged in Store must have Tags attached,

Receipt presented and in the condition they were purchased.

We are not responsible for damaged items once they leave the store.

As for Swimwear, Discounted items, Accessories, and Novelty Items, they are FINAL SALE.

  • ONE COUPON MAY BE USED AT CHECKOUT PER PERSON.

  • IF YOU DO NOT REDEEM A COUPON CODE AT CHECKOUT AND PROCEED WITH YOUR PURCHASE , UNFORTUNATELY THE ORDER CAN NOT BE UNDONE OR RETURNED. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. PLEASE REMEMBER TO REDEEM YOUR COUPON CODE AT CHECKOUT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.

                  

WE highly recommend that you check for damages immediately. if you notice damages. Please contact us within 2 days of package arrival. Photo proof is required for damages. Failure to provide proof within the time period will result in our inability to replace your item.
